Independent Student

Remember to print the handouts from the All Students tab.

Independent students (non-facility students) must complete and submit these forms to Avera Education & Staffing Solutions. The immunization form and documentation must be completed before being eligible for clinicals. All forms must be submitted to AESS prior to clinicals. The eligibility verification form and training documentation form must be submitted 10 days prior to testing.
