Athletic Training

Throughout the Upper Midwest, Avera Sports’ athletic trainers deliver immediate care for injuries that occur during practice and games. They also provide follow-up injury treatment, recommendations for ongoing care, education designed to prevent injury and rehabilitation services for athletes.

Certified Athletic Trainers

Certified athletic trainers can provide athletic training services at practices, games and even tournaments. As specialists in the prevention, recognition and rehabilitation of injuries incurred by athletes, our athletic trainers administer immediate emergency care and use their knowledge of each athlete’s injuries to develop a treatment program based on medical, exercise and sports sciences.
