Welcoming New & Returning Patients

- All Avera locations are tobacco free, including buildings, sidewalks, parking lots and lawns on properties of hospitals and clinics.
- If needed, a patient services representative will assist you by coordinating interpreter services offered in-person, and over video conference or telephone for over 200 languages.
- Avera takes your privacy seriously and protects personal and medical information throughout the entire Avera health care system.
- To manage the impact of stresses on everyday life associated with illnesses, Avera social workers can aid you with community resources, information on Advance Directives and other services.
