Finding Us: North Central Heart is located at the Avera Heart Hospital on 69th Street, between South Medical Court and Beal Avenue in Sioux Falls, SD. If driving in on I-229, exit on to Louise Avenue and go south until you reach 69th Street, then turn right. Free parking is available next to the building.

Since 1981, North Central Heart, a division of the Avera Heart Hospital, has been leading the way in cardiac and vascular medicine.
