Avera Tyler offers a full range of coordinated programs and services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals who choose to continue living at home. Highly-trained professionals support patients during their illness and recovery. Hospice supports patients and families facing terminal illnesses.

Schedule a Physician Appointment

Call our scheduling receptionist at 507-247-5521 to arrange a physician appointment. Tell us the reason for your visit so we can set up the right span of time. Once you schedule an appointment, plan to arrive 15 minutes early.

We offer many outreach specialty services, with visiting physicians in specialties such as cardiology, orthopedics and sports medicine, podiatry, oncology, OB/GYN, surgery, urology optometry and ophthalmology, and psychology. Schedule a Laboratory Appointment

For most laboratory appointments, plan to arrive at 8 a.m. If you don't need to fast before your lab, arrive half an hour before your scheduled appointment.

Avera QuickLabs

This location also offers Avera QuickLabs, which lets you quickly and confidentially order a variety of tests without a doctor’s order. These tests help you monitor ongoing risks — such as complete blood count, glucose, lipids or hemoglobin — but shouldn’t be a replacement for the personalized care of your primary care provider.
