Finding Us: This behavioral health clinic in Sioux Falls, SD, is on 69th Street located inside the Avera Behavioral Health Hospital. The main entrance to our facility can be found on Beal Ave. Free parking is available next to the building. We welcome children and adolescents on the first floor (Suite 500), and adults and seniors on the second floor (Suite 1500).

This clinic is in the Avera Behavioral Health Hospital where physicians, psychologists and providers specialize in caring for patients of all ages.
