Being able to provide access to some of the best specialty providers in the Avera system with ease is our priority. Call the clinic to schedule an appointment with outreach providers. Specialties include allergy, audiology, cardiology, obstetrics, oncology, orthopedics and pediatrics.
QuickCare Clinic
Access our QuickCare clinic for easy, fast and quality health care. QuickCare provides same-day appointments for patients with common, non-emergent health concerns such as ear ache, allergies, nausea, minor burns or cuts, or cold or flu symptoms.
Patient Information
New patients will be asked to bring the following to your first visit:
- Two forms of identification
- Insurance information (we require a $50 prepayment if you do not have insurance information)
- Your most recent medical records (or we request you sign a release at first appointment in order to obtain your medical records)
- Both new and current patients should bring all medications you are taking to your appointment.
Billing and Insurance
It is the patient's responsibility to provide the business office with accurate insurance policy information. Bring your insurance card, Medicaid or Medicare card and any policy information on supplemental insurance. We will submit claims to your insurance company, however, the account balance is ultimately the patient's responsibility.
