When home safety is your concern, a home assessment ensures the home living environment is safe. Our services support patients as they rest comfortably and conveniently at home after a procedure, injury, stroke or another health event, or while managing symptoms and chronic diseases. We work with care teams to find what’s right for you or a loved one, and then coordinate in-home treatment and supplies as needed.
