Addiction Care for Chemical Dependency

Schedule a Physician Appointment
Call our scheduling receptionist at 605-997-2471 to arrange a physician appointment. Avera Medical Group Flandreau is open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday, Thursday and Friday, with extended hours until 7 p.m. on Monday evening, and early hours beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday. The clinic is also open on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. – noon. We offer same-day appointments for urgent needs.
Outreach Services

Public Health Services
Public Health services, located at Avera Flandreau, are offered through a collaborative effort between Avera Flandreau Hospital, Moody County and the State of South Dakota. Services include referrals for health care and other basic needs; prenatal and postpartum services; baby care; immunizations; testing, treatment and education for sexually transmitted diseases; nutrition counseling; health screenings; and school health.
