Independent Living – Davis Court

Looking for a place of your own? Choose from 50 units in a modern, multiple-story complex with 27 one-bedroom and 23 two-bedroom apartments, with security systems and tasteful décor. Each unit is furnished with a full-service kitchen, wall-to-wall flooring, window treatments, a private deck and air conditioning.

Although you're independent, you're not alone. Depending on your needs, you can choose from an array of services. We're always here to offer an occasional helping hand or friendly conversation. Avera@Home services are also available for independent living residents.

Assisted Living – Nano Nagle Village

Find a friendly living environment that offers independence with the comfort of nearby assistance. The Nano Nagle Village is designed for seniors who want to live independently but need assistance with some daily tasks. Professional staff are on duty 24/7 to provide assistance. Choose from 22 one-bedroom apartments, two two-bedroom apartments or eight efficiency apartments. Each of the 32 units is furnished with a refrigerator, wall-to-wall flooring, window treatments and air conditioning.

Need the attention of skilled nursing? Choose from 81 beds for either short-term rehabilitation or extended, long-term care needs. A Medicare and Medicaid-certified facility, Avera Mother Joseph Manor offers licensed and certified staff that provide skilled and compassionate care 24/7 for your loved one.

Rooms are designed for individualized care, with daily activities that address care for the whole person—physically, socially and spiritually. Avera@Home services are also available for hospice residents.
