Nurse midwifery, an old tradition, enters modern times with its structured training in health care and continues to empower women to take control of their health.

Expert Care in Nurse Midwifery

“I love helping women understand their bodies,” Amanda said.

Establishing trusted relationships with patients allows her to serve them effectively. With that, she offers a variety of services in women’s health and pregnancy.

Some of these services include well-woman exams including Pap tests, prenatal care, and labor and delivery care. Nurse midwives are experts in low risk, uncomplicated births. However, if any concern arises, Amanda, mom and baby are also supported by a team of nurses and OB/GYNs.

Active Lifestyle

When Amanda moved back to Marshall, she bought her childhood home and farm. Today, she enjoys spending time with her immediate and extended family as well as being outside.
