One of the best ways to do fix things, or keep them strong is by increasing the amount of veggies and fruits in your diet. A good example is vitamin C; it’s critical for your immune system and it’s found in those colorful bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, spinach as well as dark, leafy greens.
