Call our clinic scheduling receptionist at 712-362-6501 to arrange a physician appointment. Tell us the reason for your visit so we can set up the right span of time. Once you schedule an appointment, plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
We offer many outreach specialty services, with visiting physicians in specialties such as cardiology; dermatology; general surgery; infectious disease; nephrology; neurology; OB/GYN; ophthalmology; podiatry; and urology. Senior Life Solutions
Aging brings many joys, more time with family and freedom in retirement. But older years can also bring difficult life transitions - including the loss of loved ones and stress from age-related health concerns. Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient group therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of older adults typically over the age of 65 struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety often related to aging.
