Every three months, the clinic hosts Planet Heart Screenings, which determine your risk of heart disease and other life-threatening heart and vascular conditions. For more information, call 712-472-5300. You can also sign up for a heart screening online.

When you see a physician at Avera Medical Group Rock Rapids, you'll also benefit from the convenience of access to advanced medical technology, such as ultrasound, X-ray, 3-D mammography, computed tomography (CT) and laboratory services all located within the Avera Merrill Pioneer Hospital campus. Mobile MRI and nuclear medicine services are available at the clinic on a regular basis.
Pay Your Bill
You can pay your bill by calling the clinic business office at 605-322-7510 between 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that all co-payments are due and payable at the time of service. If you receive care for a work-related injury, notify the receptionist when you arrive for your appointment.
