Schedule a Physician or Specialist Appointment
Call our scheduling receptionist at 605-835-9611 to arrange a physician appointment. Tell us the reason for your visit so we can set up the right span of time. Once you schedule an appointment, plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
We offer many outreach specialty services, with visiting physicians in specialties such as cardiology; ear, nose and throat; nephrology; OB/GYN; orthopedics; physiatry; podiatry; sleep medicine; surgery and urology. Schedule a Laboratory Appointment
For most laboratory appointments, plan to arrive at 8 a.m. If you don’t need to fast before your lab, arrive half an hour before your scheduled appointment.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
Be prepared to pay your insurance co-pay amount when you arrive for your visit and bring your:

- Driver’s license or photo identification
