Call our scheduling receptionist at 605-854-3834 to arrange a physician appointment. Tell us the reason for your visit so we can set up the right span of time. Once you schedule an appointment, plan to arrive 15 minutes early.

Schedule a Laboratory Appointment

For most laboratory appointments, plan to arrive at 8 a.m. If you don’t need to fast before your lab, arrive half an hour before your scheduled appointment.

Wound Care

Wound Care at Avera De Smet Memorial Hospital provides a comprehensive approach to treating patients with non-healing wounds. Our wound care hours are 10 AM to 2 PM each Thursday. Call 605-854-6145 to talk to our team.
