A support group can be essential to long-term weight loss. Join us if you are struggling with your weight, have not had weight loss surgery, but want a community to help you achieve your weight loss goals.
A health coach will help guide discussions about the basics of eating nutritional food to meet your goals, meal planning and prepping, exercise tips and how to get started, stress management tips and sleep hygiene. Build your support system with others who are also navigating a weight loss journey and trying to find a good life balance.
When and Where:
Support Group meets the first Tuesday of the month from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
