Warm Water Specialty Class is an exercise class for people in chronic pain. Clients are encouraged to move at their own pace within their physician's requested parameters. Low intensity water choreography is offered at optional levels of difficulty. Warm-up and cool-down segments are included with emphasis on stretching each muscle group. Clients are exercising and moving in warm water of 92 degrees, which increases range of motion. The buoyancy of the water takes the pressure off of the joints. A physician's order is required for attendance.
